Digital information is password protected and will be deleted when therapy comes to an end.

Personal information on paper is held securely in a locked cabinet and will be destroyed after seven years in line with the terms of my professional insurance.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have a right to make a written request to access information I hold about you (ICO).

You have a right to make a written request for your data to be deleted (ICO).
